Returns

Item isn't what I was expecting - T&C's

We understand online shopping can be tricky at times, it may not be 100% what you were expecting every time. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange your order, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (excluding sale and final sale items), provided that the below points from our Returns and Exchanges Policy are true. 

Online Returns or Exchange policy

  • Items must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Products must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded shoe boxes.
  • You produce your original Stirling Women invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • Items purchased using Laybuy cannot be returned for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or an online credit.

Please note sale items can be returned for exchange only. NO REFUNDS will be given for sale items.

How to return or exchange something?

Please ensure all tags are intact and items are unworn. Contact STIRLINGWOMEN via email and notify us of your intended exchange or return. Send your item back to our Head Office with a completed returns form and we can process your exchange or refund for you.

We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Stirling Women. Please note return postage costs will be at your own expense.
